Plan your IT architecture
Your company is about to roll out Macs and iPhones, or change something big like your MDM or how people sign in. Before anyone sets anything up, someone has to decide which product does which job, how they connect and what gets done first. We make those decisions with you and write them down.
A written plan, agreed before the work starts
Together we work out the setup you're aiming for. You get diagrams of how the parts fit together, the product picked for each job, what each system needs from the others, and the work split into phases.
The plan says which business need each product choice answers
For each part, the plan says who looks after it and what it connects to
You know what has to be finished before each phase starts
When this service fits
You're setting up Apple devices from scratch, or making a big change to how they're managed.
Your own IT team or provider will do the work, and you want an Apple specialist to plan it first.
You've had an assessment of your current setup and need to decide what to build next.
How we put the plan together
The plan is written for whoever builds it. So we first settle which decisions it has to cover and how much detail they need.
We find out what the business needs from its devices, which systems you already run and what can't change, such as licences you've already bought or a fixed go-live date.
Where there's more than one option, such as which MDM to use, we compare them against those needs and write down the reasons for the choice.
We design how devices get enrolled, how people sign in with their work account, how apps reach them and which security settings apply.
We hand the finished plan to you and to whoever will build it.

Talk through what you're planning
The call is free and takes 30 minutes. We'll ask what's changing, roughly how many devices it affects and which systems you already run, then go through which decisions come first and how detailed the plan should be.
