6 years at Apple, working with enterprises deploying Macs, iPhones, and iPads at scale. Then 6 more years at a leading IT security consultancy in Switzerland, rising from Consultant to Technical Lead. Across both, I watched excellent IT teams struggle because Apple wasn't their specialty.
