System requirements
- iPhones
- iOS 17 or later Automated Device Enrollment through Apple Business Compatible MDM (see below)
- Mac
- Mac mini or Mac Studio recommended
- Stations
- Docking station, tray or hub Charging and data sync for each iPhone
- Network
- Access to Apple services, your MDM and your work apps A connection that stays up while each iPhone is set up
MDM compatibility
Axtero Shift works with MDMs that have an API, can reassign an iPhone to a new user through that API without erasing or re-enrolling it, and support Return to Service.
