How a Microsoft 365 project runs
You decide which Microsoft 365 tools your team will use and which mail and files come across. We plan the move around that.
We go through your current accounts, licences and domains, and the mail and files you want to bring across.
We create your team's accounts and set up email, Teams and the other Microsoft 365 tools you've chosen.
We plan the move with you, including who does what and when the switch happens.
We check with you that everyone can sign in, that mail comes in and goes out, and that people can open the shared files they need.
We show your team where things are now and settle who looks after Microsoft 365 from then on, your own people or us.
Your email is with one provider, your documents are somewhere else, and for some accounts it's unclear who they belong to. Moving to Microsoft 365 brings its own questions: what happens to the old email, where the files go, and who should be able to open them.
When we're done, people sign in with their own work accounts and find their email, Teams and shared files in one place. They know where to save things, and it's clear who sets up an account for a new colleague and who closes it when someone leaves.
