People click “Later” until half the office is on an old macOS. Since macOS 27, Macs ignore the old MDM update commands and deferral settings, so update rules built on them have quietly stopped doing anything. We move them to declarative device management and check that the updates install.
Microsoft sign-in that keeps failing on Macs
Platform SSO should let people unlock their Mac and open Outlook and Teams with one Microsoft sign-in. When the settings in Entra and the MDM don't match, registration fails and people get password prompts or blocked apps. We look at both sides and fix the settings that clash. If your company signs in with Okta or Google Workspace, we connect Macs to those too.
